Payment and Receipt Policy

Cash on Delivery does not apply to bedroom, dining room, kitchen, and living room products of all types, or to products custom-made to the customer's order.
The maximum cash on delivery limit is 40% of the total order value in shekels.
Delivery time begins from the day the order is placed until the day we attempt to deliver the order to you. Delivery time may vary depending on the nature of the product and installation, ranging from one to 20 days.
Business days are Saturday through Thursday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
The delivery address must be clearly marked.
Oznel Mobilia is responsible for delivering the product to the customer's home, up to the first floor, in suitable conditions for lifting, with wide corridors and stairs to ensure product safety.
If these conditions are not met, or if the number of floors is increased, the customer must provide a crane or special hoist to lift the goods at their own expense. The company's responsibility is limited solely to delivering the product in factory condition to the customer, with the possibility of the company contributing to providing the crane without any technical or financial liability, regardless of the circumstances.
